David is a professional forester who has expanded his area of expertise to include the purchase and sale of timberland properties. David graduated from the Duke University School of Forestry and Environmental Studies with a Master's Degree in Forest Management in 1977. He has worked in the evaluation and management of timberland properties since that time and in 1982 became a licensed real... more estate broker. With this forestry background, David is able to provide in-depth analysis of timberland properties to determine their cash-flow potential, as well as, timber growth and yield projections. In addition, David's on-the-ground work with numerous hunt clubs, DMAP (dear management program), the Wild Turkey Federation and similar organizations allows him to recognize, develop and promote the wildlife and recreational aspects of the properties he handles. As a result, whether you are buying or selling, looking for a tract with duck impoundment or fishing pond potential, or an opportunity to maximize your timberland investment (or both!), by putting David's expertise with timberland properties to work for you, you will accomplish your real estate goals and fulfill your real estate desires.
